Applications:
This gelatine can be used for mousses, meringues, or other dairy desserts. Cold foams, vegetable pies, meat and fish products.
How to use
Hydrate the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. Dry the hydrated leaves properly and add some of the warm liquid to dissolve completely. Mix with the preparation and refrigerate.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry, odorless place. Once opened, keep the container closed. Shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
