Service and product availability

The items offered on this website are only available for delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
If there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value which you may order.

Commitment to deliver

No contract will be concluded between you and us in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us.
To place an order, you must follow the online checkout procedure and click "Authorise Payment". You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). All orders are subject to our acceptance, of which you will be informed via an email from us confirming that the product is being dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The commitment to ship a product between you and us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

Shipping information and conditions

If there are no availability problems, of which you will be previously informed, the confirmed order will be shipped within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery times and costs

We have the following shipping methods within Spain:

Standard (3-5 business days)

You will receive your order within 3-5 full business days. Working days are considered working days from Monday to Friday.
The cost of Standard Shipping is 5 euros.

Exchanges, returns and defective products

If you detect any incidence in the reception of your order, please contact Customer Service through the following telephone number 932282242 or by e-mail to hola@foodissimo.es. Opening hours from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return one or more items in their original condition, always within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Defective products

Returns can only be requested if the following conditions are met:
- The problems of the product defect are reported within 3 days from the day of delivery of the product
- Because the product does not comply with the indications on the label
- Because the packaging is damaged and this fact has been noted on the delivery note, or has been reported on the day of receipt of the goods.

If you require an exchange or refund once you have received your order, please contact our Barcelona Center at 932282242 from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.

Or by email to hola@foodissimo.es indicating your purchase receipt number, the product and the reason for the return/exchange.
An agent will contact you and once the authorization number is obtained, returns must be sent to our Barcelona Center at the buyer's responsibility and expense, attaching the purchase receipt to the following address:

As proof of your return, we recommend that you always keep the courier's receipt as proof of the fact that you have delivered the package.

Methods of payment

Once you have made your purchases, all the items you wish to buy will have been added to your basket and the next step is to process your order and make payment. 

Fill in or check the contact information, the details of your order, the address to which you want the order to be sent and the address to which the invoice is to be sent. 

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. To minimize risk, payment is made directly from the bank's servers and we do not store any of your card number.

Prices and taxes

The price of each product will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in case of obvious error.
The prices on this website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

Shipping and Handling

Prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have accepted. We strive to avoid errors in information, but please note that pricing, spelling and other errors may occur from time to time.

Intellectual property

The use of this website and contracts for the purchase of products through this website shall be governed by Spanish law. 

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or such contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. 

If you are contracting as a consumer, your rights as a consumer are not affected.



For the resolution of any dispute that may arise during your visit to our website, we recommend that you contact us directly through the contact details provided, explaining your case, in order to reach an amicable agreement between the two parties.

Otherwise, the applicable law in case of dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this legal notice, as well as any question related to the services and products of this portal, will be the Spanish law.

Our company and the User agree to submit to the Judges and Courts of the User's domicile, provided that the User is located in Spanish territory and acts as a consumer.
