Availability of service and products
The items offered through this website are only available for delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
In the event of supply difficulties or lack of stock, INGREDÍSSIMO S.L. reserves the right to offer the customer substitute products of equal or greater quality and value, which the customer may freely accept or reject.

Shipping Commitment No contract shall be concluded between you and INGREDÍSSIMO S.L. in relation to any product until your order has been expressly accepted by us.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Authorize payment." You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be communicated by email confirming shipment of the product (the "Shipping Confirmation"). The contract will only be formalized when the Shipping Confirmation is issued.

Shipping information and conditions
Except in cases of availability issues, which will be duly communicated to the customer, orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days from the Shipping Confirmation.
If we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, the customer will be informed and offered the option of maintaining the order with a new delivery date or canceling it with a full refund of the amount paid. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

delivery times and costs The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland Spain: 2–3 business days.
Islands (except the Canary Islands) and Europe: 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process and are shown to the customer before completing the order.
INGREDÍSSIMO S.L. is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control, such as logistical incidents, weather conditions, customs controls, or other similar circumstances.

Exchanges, returns, and defective products
Returns must be notified in writing within 5 calendar days of receiving the order, by email to pedidos@ingredissimo.com, indicating the order number, product, and reason.

The product must be in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact. Returns of opened or tampered with food products will not be accepted, except in the case of defective products or errors attributable to INGREDÍSSIMO S.L.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the cases mentioned above.

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the acceptance of the return.

Defective products
Returns may only be requested if the following conditions are met:

The defect must be reported within 3 calendar days of receipt.
The product does not comply with the instructions on its label.
The package arrives damaged and this is noted on the delivery note or reported on the day of receipt.

It is recommended that you keep the shipping receipt as proof of purchase.

payment methods Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Payment is made directly on the bank's servers, and INGREDÍSSIMO S.L. does not store card details.

prices and taxes The prices shown on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated, and do not include shipping costs, which will be added before completing the purchase.

Intellectual property
The use of this website and the contracts entered into through it are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's place of residence in Spanish territory.
