Applications:
To obtain much crispier fried foods. Also in frying pastes or tempura it makes them resist crispy longer and absorb less fat. Also used as a sugar substitute in sponge cake and cookie doughs. It works with the most humid products.
Dose
- Fried foods: substitute 10-20 %.
- Sugar: substitute 10-15 %.
How to use
Substitute part of the sugar or flour for the recommended percentage of trisol.
