For crispier fried foods. Also in frying pastes or tempura it makes them stay crispier for longer and absorb less fat. Also used as a sugar substitute in sponge cake and biscuit doughs.
How to use
Substitute 10 - 20% of the Flour for the Trisol-Dextrin and mix uniformly.
Storage conditions
Shelf life of 18 months under the specified storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry and dark place with the container tightly closed. Hygroscopic product.
