Applications:

Intended for the ice cream, pastry, confectionery and related industries. It is usually added in low moisture creamy products such as chocolates or cake fillings to provide a crunchy texture. It can also be used as a topping in ice cream.

Storage conditions:

Vida útil de 12 meses desde fecha de producción de la materia prima en las condiciones de almacenado especificadas. Conservar en un lugar fresco (16 – 20ºC) y seco (< 60% HR), evitando cambios bruscos de temperatura y humedad y protegido de la luz solar. Una vez abierto, cerrar el envase adecuadamente y seguir las buenas prácticas de higiene y manipulación.
