Applications:

Intended for the ice cream, pastry, confectionery and related industries. It is usually added in low moisture creamy products such as chocolates or cake fillings to provide a crunchy texture. It can also be used as a topping in ice cream.

Storage conditions:

Shelf life of 3 months from the date of production of the raw material under the specified storage conditions. Store in a cool (16 - 20ºC) and dry place, avoiding sudden changes in temperature and humidity and protected from sunlight. Once opened, close the container properly and follow good hygiene and handling practices.
