Applications:

The pieces maintain their structure in the oven (up to 180ºC). Preserves the organoleptic characteristics. They can be used inside doughs such as sponge cake, cookies, muffins, cheesecake, bread, chocolates, chocolates, chocolates, etc.

Storage conditions

Shelf life of 23 months from the date of production of the raw material, under the specified storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry and dark place below 20 ºC.
